In 2026, I’ll be running the Chicago Marathon in support of Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. This run is personal.
Through my work at Friends of the Children, our organization has partnered with Mercy Home to support youth in our program. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when young people are given consistency, structure, and adults who don’t give up on them. Mercy Home does that work every single day, and the impact is real.
This marathon represents more than 26.2 miles,
It represents showing up when it’s hard, staying committed, and investing in young people who deserve opportunity and stability. If you’re able to support this journey, know that every dollar goes directly toward changing lives.
